We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

Make decisions in dealing with government bodies when securing permits, right of way, including CITOM, MMDA, DPWH, Barangay Officials
Effectively deals with and reprimands or recommends the termination of contractors in terms of misbehavior, poor quality work, missed deadlines, overpriced materials and monitors their work and provide updates to management
Consolidates contractor’s bid to be submitted to approving authority
Supervise the installation, maintenance, repairs/fault rectification, troubleshoots, constructs and tests various types of passive and active fiber optic cables and networking related devices on-site
Ensure fiber enclosures are in correct locations
Can ensure that the surveys, installs follows the company's safety and standards and that commissioning is done with proper testing and within acceptable guidelines
Operate tools correct, carry out tool maintenance, ensure tools are in operating order and safe
Can lead the identification of infrastructure and environmental information prior to installation
Able to explain the basic physical connection of the network and technologies in-use by the company to customers
Ensures that Team Members are able to troubleshoot and correct malfunctions using specialized test and diagnostic equipment and performs preventative maintenance on tools used
Lead teams when required to investigate and repair fiber optic related faults in a timely manner, and as directed by the Network Operations Center (NOC)
Respond to service level incidents/repairs and fault rectification on a 24/7 rostered basis
Raises concerns and reports problems that may affect their work properly and states their concerns clearly
Assists members of the public regarding inquiries by giving basic information and ensuring they are put in touch with an account management contact
Identifies ways to solve challenging installs and encourage team members to discuss it after the activity to develop their problem solving skills
Ensure timeliness of appointments and liaise with customers, site owners, building management and internal teams to ensure customer expectations or met or exceeded
Actively participate in project kick offs and walk thru to have proper endorsement to the Building Admin/ Maintenance/ Engineer and be aware of the house rules implemented on site
Identify areas for process improvement and solutions to implement
Ensure proper handling, documentation and safety of inventory items is carried out
Review/check documentation uploaded/created by other Team Members and correct them when needed
Creates reports or project updates to direct reporting line or to Executive Management
Perform QA for each assigned project and create a report to be submitted to Site Ops Manager
Push team members to log site activities such as time, consumables, materials, fills out the tools checklist prior to day activities
Ensure documentation/field notes are stored networked sites/buildings, and proper documentation of test results
Develop as-built plan to be uploaded in Podio and Google Drive
Can be trusted to complete work without supervision and take responsibility for work items
Encourages others to complete projects on time and on quality
Makes sound decisions on-site and can back it up with logical reasoning when asked
Lead the activities by discussing with Fiber Techs the tasks for the day to ensure that activities are implemented according to its purpose
Supervise fiber technicians to ensure that installs follows standards and tools are being used correctly
Can guide, mentor, train and teach internal and external teams on quality, standards and techniques for fiber optic and network equipment installation
Assist Project Coordinator during punch listing and rectify according to QA's recommendation
Update Port and FDB Spreadsheet after every successful client install
Escalate to Engineering Manager any project blocker and/ or issues on site
Ensure that all materials needed for install is available and fill out material's checklist form to be submitted
Work safely, and in accordance with any applicable safety guidelines or directives
Reminds team members to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Ensures tools are checked to prevent safety issues
Ensure OHS standards are met or exceeded
Monitor movement and inventory based on Inventory List and order additional supplies when needed
Can conduct performance evaluations for Team Members and implement disciplinary action and or appraisals when necessary
