As our new colleague in Germany, you are going to play a pivotal role in proving how Luscii can create space for care and make impact in the German healthcare system. You support leading healthcare organisations in implementing our programs successfully, help them scale their digital care and ensure that clinical value is realised in practice. Your work influences how quickly and sustainably digital care can expand in Germany.

You will join an international and self-organising company where ownership, clarity and collaboration matter. You like to get things done, you enjoy working with people at all levels and you have a hands-on mindset and mentality. Among many other things, you like to be involved from A to Z, while steering complex implementations toward measurable impact.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you own the end-to-end implementation journey for (potential) Luscii customers in Germany. You act as the single point of contact for clinical, operational and technical stakeholders. You plan and run implementations from start-up to go-live and evaluation & ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Building trust, removing barriers, communicate early and help customers scale and measure their impact - that’s what you are about to do in your new role.

Among many other things, you’ll work on:

  • Manage and execute the implementation journey for Luscii programs across Germany;

  • Communicate and coordinate processes with hospitals, insurers, pharmaceutical partners and other stakeholders;

  • Serve as main point of contact for German clinicians, operational and IT teams;

  • Ensure implementations run on time, within budget and according to best practices;

  • Identify, anticipate and escalate risks and propose practical solutions;

  • Support customers in scaling patient numbers, expanding departments and measuring outcomes

  • Maintain senior relationships and stimulate outcome driven improvement;

  • Identify opportunities for program expansion and conditions for renewal, based on the use of relevant data or KPI’s to demonstrate impact;

  • Keep progress transparent through structured communication, both internally as with and to customers.

What we’d like you to bring along:

  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar roles or environments, supported by a Bachelor or Master degree;

  • A solid understanding of the German healthcare landscape and how clinicians engage with digital solutions;

  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to deliver complex end-to-end implementations or technical solutions;

  • Hands-on experience with technical implementations and the ability to clearly translate this to all stakeholders;

  • Effective influencing and communication skills & a relevant network within the German healthcare ecosystem.

  • The courage to say no when that is needed or if that is what success requires;

  • Willingness to travel across Germany and maintain a visible presence in the field;

  • English is our primary language, so you're fluent in that language.
