Abrigo is seeking an organized, customer-focused Implementation Coordinator. This position involves management of multiple external projects and collaboration with resources across departments.

Coordinators are responsible for supporting project scope and objectives, managing timelines and communicating clear expectations to the client throughout the project duration. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-directed, and can work within a team. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans
  • Collaborate with internal resources to execute project strategies, ensure project deadlines are met
  • Organize stakeholder meetings
  • Keep detailed project notes for project documentation
  • Monitor progress of all current projects, keeping team members updated on current information, determining project changes
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings, as needed
  • Assess project risks and issues and alert internal/external project stakeholders for alignment
  • Collect project requirements and inform internal stakeholders for project advancement
  • Communicate changes to project scope

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making
