Your Impact
The Implementation Consultant I is responsible for the management and oversight of customer projects, to include coordination of efforts between the customer and applicable CivicPlus departments. Must be able to complete a project scope, create a timeline, coordinate training to include preparing them for successful maintenance/operation and work with the customer/internal resources to launch a project within a specified timeline, project hours, and budget. The Implementation Consultant I owns the “customer experience” and is responsible for facilitation of all communication through the phases of the project to ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects.

What You’ll Do
As an Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction
- Ability to move project forward and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 80% of the time
- Ability to manage small to medium sized product specific contracts
- Ability to perform or coordinate any add-ons as necessary per individual product
- Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively
- Participates in product improvement/review initiatives
- Understands at a high-level how CivicPlus products work together

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of applicable experience
- Product specific certifications may be required upon hire

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary Grade Range: $54,100 - $75,700
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
