We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Implementation Consultant, you will wear multiple hats, contributing to a variety of tasks that drive the successful implementation of our Document Automation solution for our clients.
 
This position will be on-site 5 days a week.
 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis, including gathering requirements, identifying pain points, and defining business processes
  • Collaborate with the team to participate in quality assurance (QA) of the product
  • Coordinate project tasks and timelines to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist in training customers on how to use our document automation solutions
  • Support the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with client systems
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are highly satisfied with the product and the ROIs are met
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to evolving project needs and tackling diverse challenges as they arise.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt quickly in a tech-driven environment
  • Technical mindset with an interest in process automation (through use of AI, RPA and APIs)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Ability to multitask, juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus and quality
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones when required
  • Enthusiasm for working with clients and delivering exceptional service
