Role Overview:
As an Implementation Associate, you’ll support the successful onboarding of new customers in the Emerging & Established segments. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage project tracking, assist internal and external stakeholders, and provide post-launch support to customers and their investors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute standardised onboarding workflows for Emerging & Established clients.

• Track and update project plans.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation via Slack, Notion, and Salesforce.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Digitisation, Product, Engineering) to support onboarding and adoption.

• Provide post-implementation support, triaging and resolving platform issues.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate and track issue resolution.

• Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities post-launch.

Job Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing or project coordination role, preferably in SaaS.

• Experience in onboarding or implementation.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with work management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Front, etc.).

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.
