Role Overview:
As an Implementation Associate, you’ll support the successful onboarding of new customers in the Emerging & Established segments. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage project tracking, assist internal and external stakeholders, and provide post-launch support to customers and their investors.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute standardised onboarding workflows for Emerging & Established clients.
Track and update project plans.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation via Slack, Notion, and Salesforce.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Digitisation, Product, Engineering) to support onboarding and adoption.
Provide post-implementation support, triaging and resolving platform issues.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate and track issue resolution.
Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities post-launch.
Job Qualifications:
1–2 years in a customer-facing or project coordination role, preferably in SaaS.
Experience in onboarding or implementation.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with work management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Front, etc.).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders professionally.
