About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about media? As an Implementation & Buying Executive at Magna, you’ll support the planning and execution of media campaigns across TV, digital, and emerging platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly—tracking buys, working with media vendors, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team in delivering high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Media Execution Support

  • Assist in executing media buys across TV, digital, and other platforms in line with campaign objectives.

  • Monitor campaign delivery, placements, and timelines, ensuring smooth implementation from booking to billing.

  • Support post-buy tracking, reporting, and media optimizations.

Vendor Coordination

  • Work with media vendors to confirm bookings, follow up on placements, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support the team in gathering rates, proposals, and availability.

  • Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate discount and commitment tracking.

Documentation & Finance

  • Assist in managing the book-bill-pay process, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and invoicing is completed on time.

  • Maintain clear records of bookings, rate cards, and campaign agreements.

  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure payment processes are smooth and timely.

Campaign Collaboration

  • Work closely with the media planning and buying team to align implementation details with campaign strategy.

  • Coordinate internal timelines to ensure campaign readiness.

  • Raise any campaign delivery issues promptly and support quick resolution.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in media buying, planning, or campaign coordination (internships and junior roles count!).

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of media buying processes and platforms.

  • Comfortable working with media data and reporting tools (e.g., Nielsen/TAM, DTAM, Kantar).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication in English.

  • Able to multitask and work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
