- Love exploring new data sources and identifying unexpected insights
- Ask bold questions and seek creative, data-driven answers
- Analyze cultural trends to spot opportunities that influence brand strategy
- Develop and track measurement plans based on client KPIs
- Apply data to enhance our creative process and optimize performance
- Assist in research, social listening, and campaign measurement
- Support our team in providing reporting and insights to strategy and media teams
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories
- Participate in new business pitches, providing insights that shape our approach
SOME SKILLS TO HAVE:
- Interest in digital media, social analytics, and cultural trends
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social listening tools, or web analytics platforms (a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large datasets
- Curiosity and adaptability—excited to learn and explore new methodologies
- Ability to communicate findings in a way that inspires creative teams
