FreeBalance is seeking candidates to work on a potential project on contract in Costa Rica as an Impact and Structure Expert - Financial Management (AF) and Human Resources (TH).
Main Responsibilities:
Evaluate the different scenarios that arise in order to propose and address concerted institutional solutions.
Diagnose with a deep focus on institutional change and/or improvement, the scenarios that arise in order to identify risks, as well as propose and execute timely mitigation plans.
Ensure smooth communication with all project parties, including stakeholders and interested parties.
Define and validate the tool for the survey of organizational impacts related to the implementation of the Financial and Human Resources system.
Survey the impacts and areas impacted by the implementation of the Financial and Human Resources system; and identify and define a proposal for closing the gaps in the organizational structure resulting from its implementation.
Participation in meetings established under the project governance model.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
5 years of experience in the design of organizational structures derived from digital transformation processes.
Experience in at least one project related to the design of the organizational structure of Financial and Human Resources administration.
Demonstrated experience as a leader in organizational restructuring in at least 3 projects in the government sector in institutions with more than 1000 employees with union representation and pressure groups.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
