We are currently seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our US-based law firm client. In this remote role, you will provide critical support to attorneys handling immigration cases, ensuring compliance with all regulations and helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration petitions and applications.
• Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation for immigration cases.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing cases.
• Engage with clients and government agencies to gather necessary information and provide updates on case statuses.
• Draft legal documents, including forms, letters, and written submissions.
• Ensure all filings are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines.
• Uphold confidentiality and maintain sensitive client information.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a related field within a law firm environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration law and processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient in legal research, case management, and document preparation.
