Core Responsibilities

IFS Development & Administration

  • Support IFS development, configuration, customization, and ongoing system maintenance
  • Administer and maintain IFS environments, including upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
  • Support and enhance native and custom IFS functionality across business modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the IFS platform
  • Assist with system integrations, data flows, and technical improvements

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with IT/IS leadership and business stakeholders on prioritization and solution design
  • Coordinate technical changes, deployments, and system improvements
  • Document configurations, customizations, integrations, and technical workflows
  • Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Hands-on technical experience with IFS (Apps 10 and/or IFS Cloud)
  • Experience with IFS administration, configuration, and technical support
  • Experience developing or customizing within IFS (native + custom functionality)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within ERP environments
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, patching, and environment management
  • Familiarity with IFS integrations (APIs, projections, events, data flows)
  • SQL / PL-SQL or equivalent database experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based teams
