IFS / ERP Engineer (Enterprise Applications)

We’re looking for a hands-on IFS / ERP Engineer to support, enhance, and stabilize a core ERP environment. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in production systems, clearing backlog, and partnering closely with business and IT teams to keep enterprise operations running smoothly.

This role is IFS-specific and focused on execution rather than architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day IFS ERP development, configuration, and maintenance
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot ERP-related workflows and data issues
• Work closely with business users and IT leadership to coordinate changes
• Help reduce operational backlog and improve system stability
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across ERP processes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with IFS ERP (required)
• Experience supporting ERP systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and resolve issues
• Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Clear communicator with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
