Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
  • Support preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and validation with business stakeholders under guidance of senior analysts.
  • Help translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with architects and technical teams.
  • Create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts.
  • Coordinate with development teams and business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
  • Assist QA/testing teams in defect analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication and follow-up on deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management.
  • Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required).
  • Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS)
  • Knowledge of identity provisioning workflows.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
