  • Establish Amar Bank Identity, Privilege, and Access management capabilities.

  • Form the team, procedure, process, and technology for IAM/PAM.

  • Establish a Bank-wide User Access Matrix as an access baseline.

  • Manage day-to-day and end-to-end processes of access requests.

  • Conduct access reviews for all internal systems.

  • Ensure smooth integration and organization-wide adoption of secure IAM/PAM.

  • Monitor asset management lists to ensure onboarding to IAM processes.

  • Prepare all reports related to Identity, Privilege, and Access management tasks.

  • Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking or financial services, specifically in IAM.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Identity, Privilege, and Access management concepts and technologies.

  • Implementation: Capability to design and lead IAM/PAM implementation without fully relying on enterprise solutions.

  • Broad Tech Skills: Understanding of Cloud Platforms, SaaS, Servers, and Network devices.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to work independently, and attention to detail for documentation/evidence.
