About the Role The selected consultant will support enterprise identity and access management initiatives for a federal customer. This is a mid-level role requiring hands-on technical expertise across Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Access Manager environments. The work includes development, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support in both production and non-production environments. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and migrate Oracle IAM components including OIG, OAM 12c, OID 12c, WebLogic, SOA, BI, OAA, and OARM Develop custom solutions using Java and OIG/OAM REST and Java APIs Design and implement Single Sign-On integrations using out-of-the-box and custom approaches Support authentication and authorization solutions including SSO, MFA, Identity Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC Build and maintain scheduled jobs, adapters, event handlers, plugins, notifications, custom connectors, and custom web pages Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues across environments Write and optimize SQL queries for custom functionality, reporting, and issue resolution Create, update, migrate, and maintain BI Publisher reports Work with LDAP directories such as OID and Active Directory and troubleshoot directory-related issues Support audit and compliance requirements related to certifications, access requests, approvals, and user operations Manage multiple deliverables independently and drive tasks to completion Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Access Manager Strong Java development skills Deep understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties Extensive experience with SSO integrations Strong SQL skills Experience supporting production IAM environments Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience upgrading Oracle FMW from 12c to 14c Knowledge of Zero Trust identity concepts including WebAuthn and FIDO2 IAM-related certifications such as CIAM or CIGE Hands-on experience with OAM WebGate configuration and deployment Experience with Splunk log analysis and troubleshooting
