Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of IAM services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an IAM Engineer, who is a subject matter expert with IAM solutions, such as Identity Providers and Directory Services.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project efforts through building modernized IAM capabilities utilizing standardized frameworks to foster sustainability and growth
  • Build and implement IAM controls which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundation
  • Implement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systems
  • Support on-going operational enhancements and bug fixes
  • Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based authentication events
  • Collaborate closely with fellow IAM team, as well as key cybersecurity and application teams to support Active Directory hardening, SSO enablement, Multifactor Authentication policies, directory security requirements, and end-to-end identity security
  • 4+ years of hands-on project experience, including technical design, implementation, maintenance, and maturation of enterprise IAM technologies
  • 2+ years of deep technical experience with Active Directory, EntraID, and/or ADFS solutions
  • Hands-on experience managing directory services (GPOs, Domain Controllers, and Organizational Units), integrating applications with SSO (SAML, OIDC, and M2M), and establishing authentication frameworks
  • Experience with PowerShell, JSON, JavaScript/BeanShell, XML, and/or SQL scripting a plus
  • Functional knowledge of IAM login flows, user context scenarios, and building access models is optimal
  • Knowledge of IAM certification/attestation practices
  • Collaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM and other teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms
  • Great technical and system documentation skills
  • Good English speaking, reading ,and writing skills are preferred
