Job Summary:

As an HR Specialist at a fast-paced Fintech company, you will play a key role in supporting and executing core human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. You will also contribute to employee relations, HR operations, and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals and culture. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and collaborates closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 40%)

  • Assist in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up communication.
  • Support hiring managers in identifying effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking.
  • Participate in employer branding efforts (e.g., LinkedIn, job fairs, university outreach).
  • Help coordinate onboarding logistics and prepare documentation for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration (20%)

  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation including contracts, letters, and standard HR forms.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee data in compliance with internal policies.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations (15%)

  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic employee inquiries and escalate where needed.
  • Support the distribution and tracking of employee feedback surveys and initiatives.

4. Learning & Development Support (10%)

  • Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Coordinate training sessions, attendance tracking, and maintain related documentation.

5. Performance Management Support (10%)

  • Help coordinate performance review timelines and follow-ups.
  • Track probation reviews, KPIs, and employee development plans.

6. Compliance & Policy Support (5%)

  • Assist the HR Manager in ensuring company policies are understood and followed.
  • Help prepare documentation for audits and labor law compliance as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (internship or entry-level exposure is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and Indonesian labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS;
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
