Icelandic Customer Technical Advisor | Athens Greece

At the moment Cross Border Talents is looking for Icelandic speakers to work in Athens, Greece. Are you interested in moving abroad?

Your Role as a Customer Advisor:

  • Represent a worldwide brand:
  • Integrate a multicultural environment;
  • Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer;
  • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.



Requirements

Requirements for the Customer Advisor:

  • High School Diploma or Higher
  • Native/Fluent Icelandic;
  • Good level of English, C1;
  • Writing speed: 20 words per minute
  • Active Listening
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
