Role Summary

We are looking for an IAM & Messaging Engineer to support enterprise identity platforms and messaging services, ensuring secure authentication, seamless user access, and efficient communication infrastructure. The role involves administration, automation, incident response, and continuous improvement of IAM and Messaging services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory domains, forests, OU structure, and user/group lifecycle provisioning

  • Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security compliance, configuration enforcement, and system hardening

  • Support and enhance ADFS for authentication, SSO, and federated identity integrations

  • Manage Microsoft Exchange environments including mail routing, mailbox provisioning, policies, and performance

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline IAM, provisioning, reporting, and operational tasks

  • Support messaging security, spam filtering, and email protection controls

  • Troubleshoot authentication, access, messaging, and directory-related incidents within defined SLAs

  • Participate in change, incident, and problem management activities under ITIL processes

  • Coordinate with security, infra, application, and workplace teams on IAM and messaging requirements

  • Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and compliance records

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years' experience in IAM, Messaging, or Windows Infrastructure Engineering

  • Hands-on experience with:
    - Active Directory
    - GPO Management
    - Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
    - Microsoft Exchange
    - PowerShell (scripting & automation)

  • Strong understanding of authentication + identity concepts (RBAC, LDAP, SSO, MFA, Federation)

  • Experience with enterprise messaging environments & hybrid deployments

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience with:

    • Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

    • Conditional Access / MFA

    • Microsoft PowerApps / Power Automate

    • O365 Messaging / Hybrid Exchange

    • Email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, etc.)

  • Certifications:

    • Microsoft Identity / Messaging / M365

    • ITIL Foundation

    • Security+ or IAM-related certifications
