This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a dynamic professional to help connect Jewish students with Israel, Israeli culture, Jewish traditions, and the broader Jewish community at one of the largest universities in North America. Central Florida Hillel (UCF Hillel) is seeking an IACT Coordinator for Israel Engagement — an outgoing, self-directed, and passionate team member who excels at engaging and inspiring young adults. In this role, you will leverage Birthright Israel and Onward experiences to create transformative engagement opportunities for hundreds of students.
UCF Hillel is an open, inclusive, and welcoming Jewish community serving approximately 6,300 Jewish undergraduate students at the University of Central Florida. You will be joining a growing organization at an exciting moment of expansion and renewal. Students at UCF are in a period of exploration — encountering new ideas, forming relationships, contemplating careers, and discovering their identities. Our team meets students where they are (physically and Jewishly), helping them access the Jewish narrative, connect authentically, and build a Jewish future that feels meaningful and relevant.
We are proud to partner with the IACT Campus Program, a national initiative that builds on the success of Birthright Israel by supporting and inspiring students before and after their trips.
Central Florida Hillel serves over 6,000 Jewish students across UCF, Full Sail, Valencia, and Seminole State. Our home — the Jeffrey and Diane Ginsburg Center for Jewish Student Life — is a flagship Hillel located steps from campus and the Acrisure Bounce House. The building features ping pong and pool tables, a rooftop tiki bar, an in-house movie theater, and an espresso machine that might become your best friend. You’ll live and work in a major tourist destination — with Disney World and Universal Studios just a short drive away — making it one of the most exciting places in the country to support Jewish student life.
Central Florida Hillel is affiliated with Hillel International. Hillel International enriches the lives of Jewish students so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world, and envisions a world where every student is inspired to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning and Israel.

Today, Hillel International continues to enrich the lives of Jewish students and is the largest Jewish campus organization in the world at nearly 1,000 colleges and universities across North America and around the world. As Hillel evolves as an organization, the mission remains steadfast: to create lasting connections with every Jewish student that foster an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning, and Israel and train them to become the next Jewish leaders.
