About Us

Since 1982, Vital Research has been on a mission to create vibrant communities by ensuring all voices and experiences are represented through inclusive social science research and evaluation. Our core services of evaluation design and research methodology, data collection, and results dissemination allow us to achieve our vision: a world where every person is valued and has equal opportunity to live life to its fullest.

About the Role

Field Interviewers play a key role in collecting confidential survey data that informs critical social research. This role requires empathy, clear and transparent verbal communication skills, and the ability to be a self-starter. Using a company-provided tablet and software, Field Interviewers contact pre-identified participants to conduct surveys either in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom videoconference. As you collect participant answers, you’ll collaborate with our internal research team to ensure high-quality, ethical data collection that helps elevate underserved voices, contributing to the overall success of the research team.
