HVAC Service Technician – Starting at $28/hr We are looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of HVAC service tasks including maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments. Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on HVAC systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment

Install HVAC components, parts, and systems as needed

Complete service calls across residential, commercial, and light industrial sites

Deliver excellent customer service during all interactions

Identify and complete additional work needed to resolve service issues

Maintain inventory and organization of company service vehicle

Drive to multiple job sites daily

Schedule and maintain service vehicle upkeep

Assist team members with troubleshooting when needed

Complete warranty documentation and required service reports

Attend service and safety meetings

Perform additional duties as assigned

You Should Have:

2–3+ years of HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

High attention to detail and task completion

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Ability to pass an MVR check (company vehicle provided)

High school diploma or equivalent
