What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling maintenance and repairs for a wide range of HVAC systems, furnaces, AC units, mini splits, and more

• Delivering exceptional customer service while solving problems with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Providing guidance to apprentices and junior techs to help build the next generation of pros

• Diagnosing and repairing systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Managing your own schedule and tasks while following company procedures and exceeding client expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs

• EPA certification and valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
