Your New Role

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland

• Travel to commercial customer sites throughout the service area

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems

• Inspect and troubleshoot rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, controls, DOAS, VAV boxes, and VRV systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members regarding findings and recommendations

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Keep your company vehicle organized and stocked

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with HVAC technology and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master License

• EPA Section 608 Certification

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to supply personal HVAC hand tools

• Experience working with RTUs, DOAS, VAV systems, VRV systems, boilers, and chillers

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms and on rooftops

• Professional communication skills and commitment to safety practices

• Authorized to work in the United States
