Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll handle a mix of repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work on residential HVAC systems. You’ll be the person customers count on to get things working again, and done right.

• Perform repairs under manufacturer and installation warranties

• Replace components such as motors, control boards, capacitors, and sensors

• Complete seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance visits

• Monitor refrigerant levels, amp draws, airflow, and system performance

• Document work clearly and file accurate warranty claims

• Help homeowners understand their systems and offer upgrade recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or service

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working independently in the field
