Pay: $90,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience)

As a Delco Air HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for our residential and commercial clients, handling a range of responsibilities, including:
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems and boilers
Working independently to stay on schedule and deliver high-quality service
Maintaining stock, tools, and safety equipment
Communicating with dispatch for efficient scheduling
Documenting system information and providing repair vs. replacement options to clients
Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed HVAC decisions

Experience: 2-5 years in HVAC service
Certification: EPA certification preferred (not required)
Skills: Proficiency in forced hot air and hot water systems; plumbing experience is a plus

Other: Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the US
