Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (central AC, ductless splits, VRF, gas/electric heating)
Deliver top-tier service and clear communication to customers
Maintain safety and code compliance on every job
Log service reports and follow-ups via ServiceTitan
Participate in on-call rotations and emergency services when needed
