Your New Role

  • Assist with HVAC system evaluations, generate proposals, and help clients understand their options

  • Learn how to manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals confidently

  • Shadow senior team members to develop your technical sales knowledge

  • Build long-term relationships with residential and light commercial clients

  • Travel locally throughout Strasburg, CO, and surrounding communities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (HVAC residential and/or commercial)
