Your New Role

• Serve as lead HVAC-R technician based out of Hazelwood, MO and covering a 30-mile radius

• Oversee service, repair, and installation of HVAC-R systems in both commercial and residential environments

• Handle job site management, customer communication, and field decision-making

• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot callbacks, and ensure quality workmanship across every job

• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

• Seek and identify new customer opportunities in the field (you'll be rewarded for it)

• Back up the owner when he’s not available, because you’re the go-to

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on HVAC-R experience, including installs and service

• EPA Certification

• Valid Driver’s License

• Journeyman’s license (or equivalent county license) preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lead jobs independently and communicate clearly with both customers and teammates

• Comfortable with occasional on-call and weekend responsibilities
