As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you’ll be the problem-solver ensuring commercial buildings run at peak efficiency. You’ll travel throughout the Tampa, FL area, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems in offices, medical facilities, restaurants, retail stores, and industrial facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Inspect and maintain refrigeration units, ductwork, and controls
Diagnose issues with electrical components, refrigerant levels, and air distribution
Communicate clearly with clients and provide system recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed
Keep the company-issued vehicle organized and stocked with necessary tools and parts
Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
