Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the HVAC installation team ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily installation schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve any installation challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate installation team members to promote professional development and high performance.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and company policies throughout installation processes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including progress reports, installation records, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Installer or Senior HVAC Technician within the construction industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with industry codes, safety regulations, and quality standards related to HVAC installation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Valid HVAC certification or relevant technical training along with a valid driver’s license.
