Step into a leadership position serving Auburn and the surrounding 30–40 mile radius, bringing top-tier HVAC solutions to the community

• Lead the Team: Manage HVAC installations, guiding your team in every aspect of residential HVAC system setup.

• Ensure Safety and Quality: Your EPA certification will ensure every job meets safety and efficiency standards.

• Mentor and Inspire: Train and support your crew, passing along your expertise to strengthen the team.

• Operational Impact: Support the launch of our Everett office, onboarding in Auburn for 30 days before taking charge in Everett.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, with at least 1 year as a Lead Installer

• EPA certification (required)

• NATE certification (preferred)

• Experience with Service Titan (preferred)

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

• Excellent communication and professionalism with customers

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Seattle refrigeration license (a plus)
