Your New Role

Based in Southampton, PA, and serving customers within a 20-mile radius, you’ll:

• Install and replace a wide range of HVAC systems, including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation equipment

• Handle start-up, testing, and balancing to make sure new installs perform flawlessly

• Read blueprints, specs, and work orders to scope out and execute top-tier installations

• Keep your job sites clean, your documentation accurate, and your customers happy

• Train apprentices when needed and work as part of a professional team

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)

• EPA Universal Certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Skilled in HVAC system installation, including reading schematics and blueprints

• Solid problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied environments (attics, basements, outdoors)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
