Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct front-end B2B lead development support to drive high-quality sales pipeline growth.
- Research potential client companies and identify key decision makers.
- Make outbound calls to prospects, following provided scripts to assess interest in solar products and services.
- Accurately record prospect information and interactions.
- Qualify leads and transfer them to the sales team for further engagement.

Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Hungarian.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with office tools and online research.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
