We’re looking for a Human Success Business Partner who cares deeply about how people grow, how technical and product teams work, and how leaders create the conditions for success. You’ll be a trusted sparring partner for our leaders — curious, honest, practical — and you’ll help them navigate the real situations that shape teams and leadership. You’ll work closely with Freddy (our CTO), Andy (our CPO) and our Product and Engineering teams where great things are being built with AI. Our teams are distributed across several countries, so you’ll partner with leaders and colleagues in an international, multicultural environment.
This role works very closely with senior product and engineering leaders, so you should feel comfortable partnering with highly technical teams and engaging confidently in that environment.
Your role is to bring clarity to complexity, support people through change, and strengthen teams through everyday leadership while keeping things grounded, simple, and human.
Help product and engineering leaders navigate growth, organisational change, and the evolving role of AI in how teams work.
Use engagement data, feedback, and everyday conversations to help leaders make better people decisions.
Strengthen how leaders onboard, develop, and support their teams.
Support leaders through organisational changes such as team restructuring, role clarity, and evolving ways of working as AI becomes a bigger part of development.
Help simplify and improve our people practices where needed, from onboarding to leadership development.
Collaborate with our Talent Partners, People Ops, and leaders across Zensai to provide a consistent, human‑centred experience.
You’ve partnered closely with Engineering, Product, or other technical teams and feel comfortable working with highly skilled specialist populations.
Strong leadership coaching skills — especially helping technical experts and first-time managers grow into confident people leaders.
A practical, human‑centred approach: clear answers over complicated frameworks.
Comfort with ambiguity and change — you act with purpose even without perfect information.
Experience supporting learning & development efforts — whether that’s helping leaders grow, identifying capability gaps, or working with simple development tools that actually get used.
Curiosity and practical experience using or implementing AI tools in HR.
In your first few months, your coaching helps at least two managers in Freddy’s organisation grow in confidence and leadership skill through real situations you support.
As you settle in, you move at least three complex people or team situations forward — not just closing them, but handling them in a way that both leaders and employees describe as fair, calm, and clear.
By around six months, you’ve spotted one recurring team or process issue and helped the organisation fix it in a simple and sustainable way with visible impact.
Over time, the teams you support show a clear improvement in engagement sentiment, especially in how they experience leadership, clarity, and trust — influenced directly by your partnering.
