Human Resources Specialist

TLDR

Deliver effective HR support through onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with the Saudi labor law, while promoting positive workplace engagement.

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering effective HR support across various functions including onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and HR operations. You will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with Saudi labor law, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding & New Joiners

  • Support the HR Executive in preparing employment paperwork, including contracts, banking setup, and medical insurance.
  • Coordinate and administer training workshops as part of the onboarding program.
  • Manage the full visa process for new hires through relevant government platforms and portals.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics for new employees joining from outside the country.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in BambooHR or similar HRMS systems.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees, assisting with HR inquiries and resolving work-related concerns.
  • Provide employees with information regarding company policies, benefits, job duties, and compensation.
  • Support the performance management process, including PIP cycles, performance reviews, and disciplinary discussions.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, focus groups, and feedback sessions to promote a positive work environment.

Offboarding

  • Coordinate with the PRO to handle visa cancellations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements in line with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Represent the company at the Saudi Labor Office when required to address employment-related matters.

HR Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure timely response (within 24–48 hours) for employee document requests such as salary certificates, performance or PIP forms.
  • Prepare and share monthly HR reports with the HR Manager, including visa headcount and quota tracking.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree of diploma in HR or related fields

Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in HR function

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge of the KSA immigration laws

Skills;

  • Exceptional timekeeping and planning skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills
