POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a values-driven, people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and partner with site leadership to support business strategy and employee engagement. This individual will be a strong steward of company culture, compliance, and policy, while also ensuring efficient HR processes and exceptional service delivery across employee and labor relations, recruitment, HRIS, and more.
The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, consistency, and sound judgment in supporting both people and operational excellence. This is a key leadership role that will help shape workforce culture while modeling and upholding New Flyer’s core values in every aspect of the role.
