An Human Resources Manager will assist the Director of Human Resources in planning, directing, coordinating all functions of the Human Resource Management program, and drives execution strategies to meet the needs of employees that enable business successes and achieve the objectives of the Human Resources Business Plan. Operates and delivers Human Resources services with significant autonomy aligning decisions with all applicable laws and regulations that serve to attract, develop and retain diverse talent. Summary of responsibilities:
- Ensure all Human Resources teams are certified in the internal HR Certification program and 50% achieve certified competency HR.
- 75% of agreed Succession Plans are implemented (end of Fiscal year).
- Support Recruitment and meet a minimum 90% target by end of the year (end of Fiscal year).
- Liaise with the Recruitment team to establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources such as recruiting agencies, head hunters, local colleges, etc
- Support Training meets 100% target by end of the year (end of Fiscal year).
- Establish a talent program for 3rd layer and support the execution Succession Planning Program and liaise with Learning and Development team.
- Ensures the hotel’s annual performance review processes are in place and drive 100% completion.
- Ensure all Human Resources reports are prepared and generated timely and conduct monthly data analysis related to payroll, demography, compensation, benefits, hiring, exit process, etc.
- Ensures compliance with key policies such as Non-Harassment, Non-Discrimination, etc.
- Maintain regulatory compliance related to Internal Audit and data management.
- Updates and create, if any, all SOP and Policies & Procedures related to Human Resources Department.
- Maintain employee facilities and establish initiatives for employees’ well-being and care programs
- Conduct research and market trend analysis in regard to salary and compensation benefits.
- Utilizes an “open door” policy to address employee problems or concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist and guide the Division Heads in coaching and disciplinary meetings and administrations.
- Assists in identifying key drivers of employee satisfaction and supports managers in addressing issues with written plans and actions.
- Drive the annual employee satisfaction survey administration and process improvement of the previous year’s result minimum of 90%.
- Drives employee recognition initiatives and programs as well as employee relations activities.
- Participate and contribute to the resort sustainability program through education, interaction, and suggestion inside and outside the property.
- Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of progressively experience more on a management position in Human Resources in a large 5-star luxury resort or a cluster role.
- Solid experience working in Bali is an advantage
- Has strong and effective communication in writing, business presentations, and interpersonal communication.
- Has the ability to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals.
- Has the ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
- Has proven track contribution in organization development and change management.
- Has strong background in the following areas: · Recruitment & selection · Human resources operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
