Human Resources Manager

* General reception/front desk duties; greet walk-ins, 4 line phone system, copy, fax, filing, creating files, etc.

* Process new hires and terminations

* Resolve any and all HR issues

* Create and maintain employee files

* Keep employee training current

* Provide mobile phone tech support to field foremen 

* Create intricate Excel files

* Translate or interpret documents and instructions from management to field employees

* Keep files updated such as phone lists and daily reports

* Process weekly payroll for up to 100 employees including salary, hourly, piecework wages, garnishments and certified payroll.

* Keep office supplies in stock, process online orders from Staples and Costco

* Light/general cleaning of reception area 

* And of course perform other duties and tasks as required


* Bilingual English/Spanish required

* Must be able to translate documents, information and instructions between field and management

* Must have excellent organizational and time management skills

* Must be computer savvy with Word, Outlook and superior knowledge with Excel

* Must have 2-3 years’ experience in human resources

* Provide support to executives of the company as needed

* Some IT knowledge preferred 

* Creativity and desire to consistently improve outdated procedures 

* Paychex experience a plus, but we will train
