The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead with strong leadership and team management skills. The role requires full expertise across all HR functions and hands-on experience dealing with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The HR Lead will be responsible for leading the HR team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, SAMA regulations, and internal policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for HR-related audits, reports, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Provide strategic HR support and advice to senior management.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, GOSI, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Lead HR planning, workforce strategy, and succession planning.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data, systems, and reports.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience working with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAMA AML requirements and FIU STR procedures is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization policies.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • HR professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing HR teams within regulated environments.
