Human Resources Intern | Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel

We are looking for an HR intern for Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, that will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating training meetings to maitaining our employees database, engaging them in social activities. You will also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

Ultimately, you will support the HR Manager on attracting, hiring and retain our employees.

Main duties:

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions;
• Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR manager;
• Compiling and updating employees records;
• Coordinate HR Projects;
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
• Support the HR manager to conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees;
• Coordinate social activities for employees;
• Support on Corporate Social Responsibilities activies.

Requirements

• Strong Computer Skills (MS Office);
• Basic knowledge of labor laws;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
• Strong communications skills;
• Degree in HR or related field;
• Good knowledge of English and Italian, French will be considered a plus.
