Responsibilities: 

Recruitment

  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process for top talent in the autonomous vehicle industry

  • Engage with candidates from around the world, schedule interviews, and collect feedback to help build a world-class team

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to optimize candidates' experiences and ensure a seamless hiring process

  • Coordinate career fairs

  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires

Human resources

  • Support the creation of a document management strategy to manage all HR documentation efficiently

  • Participate in the payroll process as needed

  • Arrange and support employee engagement activities

  • Answer admin related employee requests as needed (visa letters, passes etc)

  • Support the development and roll out of our first employee review process and salary review cycle

  • Provide data driven insight to inform project decisions

  • Providing support for ad hoc HR-related projects and tasks as needed.

  • Help maintain HR documentation and records.

Requirements: 

  • Current tertiary student or graduate - preference given to those with prior experience in HR or studying HR

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Effective working in a fast-paced, occasionally chaotic, startup environment

  • Problem solving mindset and can-do attitude

  • Calm in a storm, good sense of humour, resilient
