We're thrilled to introduce a key role where you will gain hands-on experience in essential HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across various functions.   • Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations, focusing on data analysis and process optimization.
  • Update and maintain internal HR files and documents, ensuring accuracy.
  • Regularly update and maintain HR databases.
  • Implement and monitor local HR-sponsored projects.
  • Provide general support and gather employee requests as a primary backup in the HRBP's absence.
  • Support the management of monthly employee timesheets.
  • Contribute to arranging internal communications.
  • Occasionally drive and own small projects or parts of wider projects, aligned with direct supervisor's guidance.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or has completed postgraduate courses in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, or Economics.
  • Possesses very good communication skills (written and oral) in both Italian and English (C1).
  • Has legal authorization to work in Italy.
  • Demonstrates accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a high-quality result-oriented approach.
  • Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exhibits the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains a proactive attitude.
