Requirements

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team in various people-related initiatives, including onboarding coordination, data management, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in new joiner preparation from pre-onboarding to onboarding processes
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and verification of employee information
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including promotion material design and internal communications
  • Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

 

Who We're Looking For

  • Undergraduate students in their final or penultimate year
  • Preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or other Business-related disciplines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a strong interest in people-related matters
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Able to commit at least 2–3 full working days per week
