About the organization: IWC provides consultant-based wound healing services to skilled nursing, long term care, and rehabilitation facilities. IWC works with the nursing home staff and residents on a team approach to client care, including a focused exam on patient wound(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, interviewing and hiring for all positions
  • Work alongside COO to handle relations and coverage needs
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Enhance job satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Recruiter is preferred
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Efficient and organized use of email
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Self-motivated with ability to perform job remotely
  • Desire to work both independently and as a team with a results-driven approach
