Integrated Wound Care (IWC) is looking for an HR Manager to meet the objectives of a rapidly growing, multi-state, wound care organization. This position will be performed remotely. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks like enforcing company policies, supporting coverage needs, collaborating with other administrative staff with a primary focus of handling recruitment and hiring. He/she is solely responsible for handling sourcing and recruitment for the organization. They should confer with the COO and Medical Director to identify staffing needs and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
The goal is to ensure that HR operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to Integrated Wound Care as a whole.
About the organization: IWC provides consultant-based wound healing services to skilled nursing, long term care, and rehabilitation facilities. IWC works with the nursing home staff and residents on a team approach to client care, including a focused exam on patient wound(s).
