A Human Resources Coordinator at Bright Machines supports day-to-day human resources operations with a focus on staffing agency management, office administration, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, staffing vendors, and employees to ensure a smooth, organized, and engaging workplace experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Vendor Management & Hiring Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and external recruiters
  • Coordinate requisition intake, candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding timelines, and invoicing
  • Track agency performance, placements, contracts, and spend
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring guidelines and vendor agreements
  • Support hiring managers with contingent workforce processes and documentation
  • HR Operations & Office Administration

  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and HR-related materials
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics (badges, equipment, workspace setup, welcome materials)
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Support

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
  • Support surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions
  • Help to coordinate celebrations (new hires, anniversaries, milestones, recognition programs)
  • Support initiatives that promote employee morale, inclusion, and connection
  • General HR Support
  • Respond to employee questions or route them appropriately
  • Support HR projects and process improvements
  • Assist with policy updates and communication rollouts
  • Provide backup support to HR team as needed
  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support
  • Experience working with staffing agencies or contingent workforce preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
