Gathered by highly expert professionals worldwide, the engineering team consistently develops robotic hardware, software, and AI technology in-house. TX aims to expand the scope of robotics activities beyond the factory floor and transform the fundamental nature of labor society.

About the Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and key stakeholders within the TX. This role involves understanding the business objectives, identifying human resources solutions, and driving HR initiatives to enhance overall business performance. The HRBP will also foster a high-performance culture, manage employee relations, and support talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission and values.

  • Talent Management:
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Implement strategies for talent retention and development.
  • Coordinate and support performance management processes.

  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.

  • Learning and Development:
  • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.

  • Culture and Engagement:
  • Promote the company culture and values.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

  • Change Management:
  • Support organizational change initiatives and communicate changes effectively.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees during transitions.
  • Monitor the impact of change and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a tech startup or fast-growing company.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific HR challenges and solutions.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition.

The position will be at Telexistence's Headquarters Office (Ryutsu Center Building A, Heiwajima, Tokyo) or another location designated by the company.
