Role Overview
The HR Business Partner supports the Talent Partner Lead in executing and sustaining people practices across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on operational excellence, employee experience execution, and manager support, ensuring that people processes run smoothly and consistently.
The HRBP works closely with managers and employees to implement the People Connect Framework, support engagement and performance initiatives, and act as a reliable first point of contact for day-to-day people matters. While strategic design and decision-making sit with the Talent Partner Lead, this role ensures strong execution, follow-through, and feedback from the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Support (Execution-Focused)
● Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, role transitions, performance cycles, engagement actions, and exits.
● Execute lifecycle processes and ensure consistency across teams and employees.
● Coordinate onboarding experiences to ensure new hires are well connected to role, team, and expectations.
● Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR processes, policies, and day-to-day people matters.
● Track and flag employee experience gaps or concerns to the Talent Partner Lead. Performance & Engagement Enablement
● Support the rollout and execution of performance processes such as goal setting, check-ins, reviews, and documentation.
● Enable managers with tools, templates, and reminders for performance and feedback conversations.
● Assist in running engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms.
● Analyze basic engagement data and share insights with the Talent Partner Lead.
● Support execution of engagement and retention action plans at the team level.
Talent & People Development Support
● Coordinate learning and development initiatives, training sessions, and manager enablement programs.
● Support managers in scheduling and tracking development conversations and plans.
● Assist in succession planning exercises by maintaining data, tracking readiness, and follow-ups.
● Support internal mobility processes such as role changes, promotions, and transfers.
● Track learning participation and effectiveness metrics.
Culture & Values Reinforcement
● Help translate organizational values into visible, everyday practices through communication, rituals, and team-level initiatives.
● Support execution of culture-building initiatives, celebrations, and recognition programs.
● Actively observe and report culture and behavior patterns to the Talent Partner Lead.
● Support leaders in reinforcing accountability, ownership, and collaboration within teams.
HR Operations & Governance
● Ensure accurate documentation, HRIS updates, employee records, and compliance with internal processes.
● Support audits, reporting, and people data accuracy.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders (TA, Payroll, Finance, Ops) to ensure smooth people operations.
● Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, leaves, and compliance, escalating when required. Communication & Change Support
● Support internal communication rollouts related to people initiatives, performance cycles, and change updates.
● Coordinate town halls, team connects, skip-level meetings, and feedback forums.
● Enable two-way communication by capturing employee inputs and sharing insights with the Talent Partner Lead.
● Ensure timely and clear communication at key employee lifecycle moments.
