We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
This role lasts initially until the end of 2025, with an expected extension. Only full time employment is available as the form of cooperation.
• Support local payroll operations and assist in payroll system implementation, including data reconciliation and process setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Hire2Retire, HR, payroll) and external vendors to ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
• Manage service requests, resolve payroll issues, and respond to employee inquiries via a ticketing system.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in the region, including monthly controls, tax compliance, and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary payments, staying up to date with legal payroll regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters for employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Contribute to payroll-related projects at the country and business unit levels.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or personnel administration (SSC experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and finance related payroll tasks.
• Proficiency in SAP (required); Workday experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR ticketing tools.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer focused mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
