We are seeking a Human Resources & General Affairs Assistant Manager to lead key departmental operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with organizational processes. This role plays a strategic part in talent management, departmental administration, and coordination of general services.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, develop, and improve HR processes, policies, and departmental structure.
Design, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection strategies for operational, administrative, and specialized roles.
Review and validate pre-payroll, ensuring accurate recording of incidents, movements, and approvals.
Supervise the operation and compliance of general services.
Prepare and present departmental KPIs and key performance indicators.
Lead administrative disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor actions.
Represent the department during internal/external audits and STPS, IMSS, or ISO reviews.
Manage training, development, and performance evaluation programs, including needs assessment and annual scheduling.
Manage and optimize the HR & GA budget, including vendor contracting and expense control.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Capital, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with payroll and HCM platforms.
Strong understanding of labor regulations.
Intermediate–advanced English proficiency.
Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
